Denmark Day 1

We went to do our CPR number today! Had to report to the danish authorities within 5 days upon our arrival in denmark. Officially a resident in denmark(:

The streets of denmark. Really hard to imagine that im staying here because i always wondered how it's like to be staying in a country filled with old buildings. In love with the structure of the buildings

another typical view

Bakery! the bread can be reallyyyyyy hugggeee but sad to say I'm quite sick of bread because of austria lol!

this is super yummmy delicious! It's our first meal in denmark and was pretty happy w it! the chicken was v tasty and the potato was cooked just right with nice unique sauce over it. Student discount. I love how in denmark, the welfare is really good imho. But of course it's because of the high taxes as well. Healthcare is free, education is free, you hardly see a homeless person on the street. and, STUDENT DISCOUNT (YYYY)

large cornflakes

we are in supermarkets more than anything because eating out is SOOOOO expensive. So we are always out hunting for cheaper food to cook. Sheryl cooks in spore too! so any questions I will ask her. haha. Sonia doesnt cook too and she's still not getting used to the idea of cooking food herself. Quite similar to me but I'm actually quite excited. I realised I like to shop in supermarkets (this is the time you can imagine the lb SHOUTING "SHE CAN SHOP ANYWHEREEEEE!")

There were not a lot of hotdog stands where we were but there was one and i decided to try it for dinner. Had it after skyping with parents before leaving for austria. the sausage is FREAKING AWESOME! it's cripsy on the outstide and yummy inside. it's grilled.

this makes it DOUBLE the delicious!!! btw, the sausages sauces in denmark and austria are reallyyyy different and they have many kind. it's all so unique! There is raw and fried onions there too. v suprised to see fried onions. Thought it was a chinese thing.

Welcome to denmark.
